“If you are Asian… you would know…” Growing up in Asian households in America, we collectively identify with certain objects as a way to differentiate ourselves and connect with what may be left to easily access in the Asian culture. In this piece, I question about what identifies us as Asian Americans and how much weight these items may hold.
